Title: Tenancy Progression Coordinator (PRS, IMR)
Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week, covering some Saturdays*
Location: West Ham Lane, Stratford, London
Persona: Office Based with the ability to work from home 2 days per week (60% Office Based)**
Salary: \xc2\xa328,553 - \xc2\xa332,500 pa plus commission and \xc2\xa31,300 ECU***

L&Q currently has a Market Rent (PRS) portfolio of over 2500 homes with ambitions to have over 5,000 new build homes in the next 3 years; expanding greatly to become one of the largest rental portfolios in the capital. We also offer homes under our affordable Intermediate Market Rent (IMR) giving customers opportunity into purchasing a home in the near future.

We have a great opportunity for those with a passion for property. Joining an ambitious team with exciting developments across London, you will progress and coordinate tenancy applications for the PRS and IMR tenures.

You will be responsible for:

\xc2\xb7 Managing and maintaining up to date records on the progress of each file

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining a database of live applications and progress the file through the Lettings process efficiently to minimise void periods and maximise income

\xc2\xb7 Providing support to the Lettings and Property Management Team and improving the customer move in journey

We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all our customers, whether this be existing residents, prospective residents or our stakeholders.

You must be self-motivated and confident in taking ownership of your work, you\'ll need to progress the applications for new tenancies within the agreed timescales whilst adhering to our policies and procedures. The ability to produce results whilst managing with a demanding workload means you\'ll be an expert in prioritising your work effectively and communicating with your team.

We are looking for someone who has a commercial mind set and ideally has experience in dealing with customers within a Private Rented Sector. You must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and understanding of the legislation.
