We are looking for someone to join us as a Tenancy Support worker. This is a permanent and full time post for 37 hours a week from Monday to Friday.

You will need to be self-driven with excellent time management skills.

We are passionate about ending homelessness and work closely with a number of partners such as Pembrokeshire County Council and Welsh Government to help achieve this aim.

Knowledge of the benefit system would be advantageous, but not essential as training is provided.

Knowledge of the Welsh language is desirable, but not essential.

Own car essential, with agreed mileage rate of 44p per mile paid.

Duties will include:

Conducting one to one appointments with clients by phone and in person.

Identify client's needs and offer advice, and assistance to alleviate their housing issues, we also assist with setting up and maintaining tenancies.

Signposting clients to other organisations when required

Keep accurate client records logging details on the computerised database

Liaise, with Landlords, Letting Agents on behalf of our clients

Attend outreach centres

. Work with team members, cross schemes and external agencies

Share good working practice, information and processes with all members within the organisation and with external agencies.

Work with Coordinators and team members to reach scheme targets and goals of the organisation

Attend any internal and external meetings where appropriate

Any other duties deemed appropriate and necessary
