Role Overview
The
Tenant Liaison Officer
will manage the customer/resident journey throughout retrofit projects, providing guidance, support, and information before, during, and after works are carried out.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultation and support to residents during projects
Identify vulnerable tenants and accommodate additional needs
Ensure resident data is secure (GDPR)
Resolve resident issues promptly
Conduct choice events, consultations, and inductions
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions
Work closely with site teams, contractors, and community stakeholders
Participate in Social Value initiatives and community events
Essential Requirements
1+ year customer-facing experience in construction
Full UK Driving Licence
GCSEs or equivalent
Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills
Understanding of Health & Safety regulations for construction sites
