Scope of Work

This position is critical to support the expansion of EVERSANA Global Pricing Solutions. The role will be mainly focused on Europe in general. Furthermore, work on global tenders data outside Europe could be required.

The Data Analysts, Tenders Data, is a role within Eversana, which aims to support our growth strategy in Europe.

The EVERSANA GLOBAL PRICING TEAMS is part of the global EVERSANA solution, which aims to help Life Science companies improve the way they approach different aspects of their business proposition: Commercialization, Market Access, Data Management and Analytics, Pricing, and more.

The role is home office based, (full-time position), ideally located in Poland, Ireland, or the UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, and the job holder must be legally eligible to work in the European Union or in the UK

You will be part of the Global Pricing team and report to the Director, Tender Solutions.

The responsibilities for this role include the following:

1. Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Clean, interpret, and analyse public tender data in the Life Science sector
2. Data Extraction and Coordination:

Coordinate with the data team to ensure timely and accurate data extraction and cleansing according to internal standards.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data for analysis, meeting internal and customer deadlines.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage remotely and in-office with clients and colleagues in a collaborative manner.

Keep customer satisfaction as a primary focus, striving to exceed their expectations.

4. Data Source Expansion:

Identify new sources of tender data for additional extraction and analysis.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging data sources to enhance analysis capabilities.

5. Process Improvement:

Serve as the gatekeeper for the current data extraction process, ensuring data quality and consistency.

Propose and implement improvements to the data extraction and analysis process.

6. Data Visualization and Reporting:

Create compelling data visualizations and customer-ready presentations to effectively communicate findings.

Prepare comprehensive reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders.

7. Automation and Innovation:
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and contribute to building automation flows to enhance efficiency (nice to have).
Qualifications

Required background and experience:

Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as data science, business, mathematics, or related discipline.

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and data integrity. Excel advanced is a must

Self-motivated and proactive in identifying process improvements and implementing solutions.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

Familiarity with the Life Science sector and understanding of the tender process and awarding data is a plus.

Experience in building automation flows and using programming languages like R or Python is an advantage.
