Overall, Purpose:




To gather accurate, up-to-date insight on UK and Ireland construction projects by speaking directly with decision makers and verifying information through reliable sources. The role builds trusted networks across the industry and ensures that Hubexos data remains complete, compliant, and valuable. This is not a sales role, but it requires confident cold calling and proactive outreach.



Principal Job Responsibilities:



Project Research & Insight Gathering



Speak with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and suppliers to confirm key details on planned and active construction projects. Build a strong industry network across Northern Ireland and the wider UK market that supports continuous insight gathering. Track planning activity, news, and sector developments to stay ahead of industry trends. Record verified information accurately and in line with Hubexos data standards.

Data Quality, Accuracy & Compliance



Maintain high standards of completeness, accuracy, coverage, and timeliness across all assigned projects. Complete daily data checks and ensure all records meet compliance and audit requirements. Review, edit, and quality-check research output to ensure all facts are validated. Work with the Research Manager to address data gaps, performance issues, or workflow improvements. Support the development and refinement of research processes and quality controls.

Team Support & Collaboration



Support colleagues in meeting team-wide KPIs and customer SLAs. Offer feedback, coaching, and support to help team members develop their research capability. Contribute to consistent and efficient working practices across the research function. Work flexibly to cover team workload during absence or increased demand.

Customer & Commercial Support



Investigate customer data queries and provide accurate, fact-based feedback. Support sales and account management teams by sharing sector insights or attending customer conversations when required. Provide project trends, market updates, and expert commentary to internal commercial stakeholders. Assist in delivering data sets for key customers when needed.


Key Performance Indicators:

Accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of project updates. Compliance with internal data standards and audit requirements. Quality of insight delivered to internal teams and customers. Effective collaboration and contribution to team goals. Strength of industry relationships and insight network.


Skills, Qualifications & Experience: (E Essential; D Desirable)





Experience in research, telephone-based information gathering, or customer contactE

Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in cold calling.E

High standard of written English and ability to structure information clearly.E

Ability to analyse, validate, and summarise complex information.E

Intermediate IT skills, including MS Office and database systems.E

Confident presenting information to internal stakeholders.D

Strong attention to detail and focus on data integrity.E
