Job Description

This role sits within our expanding parks tennis programme across the Borough of Brent, Middlesex, London. The position covers coaching activity across nine park sites, all equipped with well-used community tennis facilities. You'll contribute to every aspect of delivery, including groups, individual lessons and local school sessions.

The position is primarily on-court. It begins with

20 hours of group coaching per week

, with scope to increase earnings through individual lessons and by helping to shape and grow new group offerings. Weekly delivery includes mini and junior groups, adult coaching, school sessions and one-to-one lessons. There are also opportunities to support holiday camps and events on an occasional basis.

Applicants must hold

LTA Level 2 or above

. A motivated coach will benefit from a structured onboarding programme, designed to help you quickly settle into the role and understand the programme's framework.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver a high-quality, inclusive coaching programme for all ages and levels across multiple park venues Provide at least 20 hours of core coaching each week (junior, adult and school delivery) and maintain availability for individual lessons Monitor programme performance and participation trends, making adjustments to help drive growth and court usage Support wider team operations as required

Person Specification



LTA Level 2 (or higher) Experience delivering a broad range of coaching sessions Familiarity with LTA processes and club/park environments Ability to travel between venues; local candidates or those able to commute reliably are preferred

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
