Tennis Coach – Hillingdon Parks Programme

Job Description

This role forms part of a newly established parks tennis programme in Middlesex, operating across four park venues in the London Borough of Hillingdon. Together, these sites offer 16 outdoor hard courts, and the coach will take a leading role in delivering all programme elements -- from group coaching to individual and school sessions.

The position is fully on-court, beginning with

20 hours of group delivery each week

, with room to expand your schedule through individual lessons and by helping to develop new group opportunities. Weekly coaching includes mini and junior groups, adult sessions, school delivery and one-to-one coaching. Additional options to support holiday camps and tournaments may arise on an occasional basis.

Applicants must hold

LTA Level 2 or higher

Key Responsibilities



Deliver a high-quality coaching offer across all park venues, catering to players of all ages and levels Provide at least 20 hours of junior, adult and school delivery each week, while also being available for individual coaching Review programme performance regularly and make required adjustments to support growth and increased venue usage Undertake additional duties within the team as required

Person Specification



LTA Level 2 qualification (or above) Experience delivering a variety of coaching sessions Understanding of LTA frameworks and experience working in club or park environments Ability to travel reliably between venues; local candidates or those able to commute are preferred
