Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing athletes' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. The Coach will work closely with players of all ages and skill levels, providing guidance and motivation to help them achieve their full potential.

Duties

Plan and deliver training sessions tailored to the needs of athletes or teams, ensuring programmes are engaging and effective Provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork Organise and oversee practice matches, competitions, and other sporting events Monitor athletes' progress and maintain detailed records of performance and development Promote health, safety, and well-being during all training activities Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and parents to support athlete development programmes Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques, rules, and regulations relevant to the sport

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching within a recognised sporting discipline Strong knowledge of sports techniques, rules, and safety procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes of varying ages and abilities Organised with the ability to plan effective training sessions and manage multiple responsibilities Passionate about sport and committed to fostering a positive sporting environment Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential; willingness to undertake training is expected Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required for training sessions or competitions
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 20.00-24.00 per hour
