Responsibilities

Design and deliver dynamic tennis coaching sessions tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced players Develop personalized training plans that focus on technique, strategy, and physical conditioning Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants Provide guidance on sportsmanship, teamwork, and behavior management during lessons and matches Assess player progress regularly and offer constructive feedback to encourage improvement Organize friendly competitions, drills, and clinics to enhance engagement and skill development Collaborate with other sports coaches to integrate cross-disciplinary activities such as basketball, cheerleading, climbing, or martial arts when appropriate

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching with a focus on tennis or similar physical activities Strong background in teaching physical education or sports instruction Knowledge of behavior management techniques to motivate diverse age groups Experience working with students or children in a coaching or childcare setting Familiarity with health club or gym environments is a plus Additional expertise in related areas such as swimming, martial arts (Karate, Judo), climbing, or cheerleading enhances versatility Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct and motivate effectively
