Job Description

- We are recruiting for a qualified member of staff; you must hold an SVQ3 or HNC which allows you to register as a practitioner in the day care of children with the SSSC.

- We are looking for a team player, who places nurture at the core of practice. Some of our littlest VIPs are here 0800-1730 and you must provide loving care to them whilst they are with us.

- A personable personality, you must be able to make great relationships with the children, families, and staff in the setting.

- A hard-working attitude, working with little people is a demanding job that always requires 100 percent effort and commitment. They are the most important person in someone's life, and we expect staff to look after them with that in mind.

- A flexible and adaptable attitude, working with little people doesn't always go to plan, you must be able to go with the flow and adapt to meet the child's needs.

- Attention to detail, we operate to strict policies and procedures to ensure the children are safe and their developmental, and emotional needs are met to the highest standard whilst following all local and national child protection and safeguarding procedures.
