Term-Time Deputy Manager Wanted for BRAND NEW setting opening January 2026

Location: High Wycombe

Hours: Term-Time Only - Monday to Friday 7.30am-4pm

Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only

Salary: Competitive - based on experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Pre-School team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early years professional to step into a leadership role, supporting the Manager in providing the best start in life for our children.

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting the Manager with the day-to-day running of the setting Leading the team to deliver inspiring activities in line with the EYFS Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times Supporting and mentoring staff to maintain high standards of care and education Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider community
What We're Looking For:

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education Proven experience in a senior or supervisory role in an early years setting Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
