Term Time Only Deputy Manager
Job Description
A busy day nursery in Cannock is looking for a deputy manager. Working TERM TIME ONLY, have the flexibility to work shifts Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm some additional hours would be required time to time
Job will include (not restricted to)
Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the nursery
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Train and supervise staff members to deliver high-quality childcare
Manage the nursery in the mangers absence
Handle parent inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Support the nursery to Eyfs and Ofsted standards
Work closely with the Owner and Manager
2 years nursery experience is essential with management experience
MUST be at least level 3 qualified
In date first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene would be an advantage
