The Role
As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing business across your region.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the territory strategically to maximise sales and market share.
Build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Drive new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
Deliver product evaluations, presentations, and training.
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to support business planning.
Territory covers from north West Midlands up to Cumbria.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a driven and resilient sales professional with:
2+ years B2B sales experience (medical devices/healthcare preferred).
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience).
Strong pipeline management and negotiation skills.
Consultative selling ability with clinical and commercial stakeholders.
Motivation to achieve targets and a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes.
