A fantastic opportunity to support Tesco in-store bakeries across the UK, as well as the Village Bakery NPD Team, by driving operational excellence, consistency, and high-quality bakery standards, with a specific focus on Sourdough. In this role, you'll coach and develop bakery colleagues to deliver outstanding products, improve productivity, and enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you'll support the Village Bakery teams in successfully delivering and executing new product launches in line with agreed timelines and quality standards.
You will also play a key role in reducing customer complaints and resolving issues that in-store teams are experiencing, by identifying root causes, addressing quality or process gaps, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly to protect customer trust and satisfaction.
