Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
RICS is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Test Analyst to join the Technology Department. This role is essential to ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and align with internal standards and best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts, including scenario planning and acceptance criteria.
- Perform manual testing across system, integration, and regression phases, ensuring quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to manage testing activities and environments.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), requirement reviews, and business sign-off processes.
- Contribute to test automation efforts and maintain consistency using Azure DevOps and related tools.
About You
You are a proactive and analytical professional with a strong understanding of software quality assurance. You bring hands-on testing expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Essential skills and experience:
- Solid understanding of risk-based testing and configuration management.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and experience with defect tracking and test case management tools.
- Ability to perform manual testing and contribute to automation frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365, SQL, and Agile methodologies is advantageous.
