As our Test Lead, you'll be at the heart of it all, working closely with our game engine and development teams to make sure every release is spot on. You'll be the go-to person for all things quality, driving continuous improvement, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine.

What you'll be doing:



Leading the way:

You'll build, lead, and develop a brilliant testing team, making sure everyone's supported, coached, and ready to tackle anything.

Quality control:

You'll champion software quality from start to finish, from defining test requirements and creating user stories to conducting all sorts of testing - component, integration, regression, and user acceptance, you name it!

Teamwork makes the dream work:

You'll be the ultimate collaborator, working hand-in-hand with developers, product managers, and senior management to ensure seamless delivery.

Planning like a pro:

You'll develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans to guarantee tip-top product delivery.

Keeping things ticking:

You'll coordinate and test all our exciting promotional activities and be in charge of scheduling and organising game releases.

Reporting like a rockstar:

You'll keep an eye on test metrics and provide regular quality reports to our stakeholders, helping us make the best decisions.

Optimising everything:

You'll help select and implement the best testing tools and frameworks to make our testing super-efficient.

Risk management marvel:

You'll proactively manage quality and project risks, sorting out any bumps in the road before they become a problem.

Communication champion:

You'll be the main point of contact for anything quality-related and handle any escalations like a pro.

Always improving:

You'll lead retrospectives and drive process enhancements to keep our QA practices top-notch.

An in-depth understanding of

software development life cycles (SDLC)

and methodologies, especially

Agile frameworks
