As a key member of the New EPR Programme, you will lead the Testing Team, providing strategic oversight and technical expertise to ensure the system is safe, usable, and operationally fit for purpose.

In this role, you will work closely with the Systems Support Manager, Programme Team, and operational staff to develop and execute a comprehensive Testing Strategy. You will also liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to validate data migration, support usability testing, and provide post-Go-Live support.

We are looking for a candidate with a degree-level qualification or equivalent knowledge in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, along with proven relevant experience in software testing and team leadership. Additionally, you will define deployment testing criteria, prepare test data and scripts, and oversee formal test execution and re-testing. You will supervise others and participate in their education and development, ensuring the team meets all set deadlines in collaboration with the Programme Manager and Project Managers.

Your duties will also involve maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, producing accurate documentation, and supporting post-Go-Live activities.
