We are seeking a professional and Skilled Spa therapist to join our luxury Spa in Great Barr. We are looking for a skilled Thai massage therapists to join our team. Duties

Greet and welcome guests to the Spa ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed. Perform a variety of spa treatments such as Thai massage treatments. Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalised treatment plans. Ensure treatments are clean, well-stocked and well prepared for guests Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa area in accordance with health regulations. Support management with administrative tasks as required, including stock control and treatment records. Promote and sell Spa products and services to guests Provide expert advice on skincare, beauty routines, and wellness practices to optimise client results. Contribute to creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy Minimum 1-3 year experience working in a spa or wellness environment Level 3 massage qualification Additional certifications in Thai Massage, Aromatherapy and reflexology Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service experience, capable of handling client needs and feedback professionally Ability to work flexible hours as needed
