As a

Street Promoter

, you'll be out in Cardiff city centre and representing one of the city's best-loved venues. You'll chat with people, hand out flyers, and invite guests to experience The Philharmonic's vibrant nightlife, rooftop terrace, and late-night bar atmosphere.

You'll wear

official Philharmonic-branded clothing

, so you stand out as part of the team and represent the venue professionally.

What You'll Be Doing

Hand out flyers and speak with the public in busy Cardiff nightlife areas. Promote The Philharmonic's events, drink deals, and late-night experiences. Encourage guests to visit and enjoy the venue. Represent The Philharmonic brand in

official branded uniform

. Optionally support online or social promotions.

We're Looking For

Outgoing, confident, and approachable personalities. Reliable, well-presented, and comfortable talking to new people. Passionate about nightlife, hospitality, and social interaction. Available to work evenings and weekends (especially Thursday-Sunday). Experience preferred but not required, with full training provided!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.25-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
