Job Description

We are recruiting for front of house staff within this exciting new business venture in Swansea.

At the Rake & Riddle we host all 3 of our brands within Redefining Dining, The Welsh House, Cattle & Co and Salvatore's Pizzeria.

The Role:



As a FOH Waiting Staff, you'll work front-of-house operations and bar service to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Deliver outstanding customer service. Offer unrivalled guest experience Ensure the FOH area is well-maintained, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards. Assist in the development and execution of promotional events and activities.

Preferred Qualifications:



While not mandatory, the following attributes would be advantageous:

Passion for hospitality. Previous experience in a role within a bar or restaurant setting. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively. Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic hospitality setting.
