Drimsynie is part of the Cove UK family, a holiday village based in the awe-inspiring Scottish landscape of Lochgoilhead, nestled amongst the Arrochar Alps and head of Loch Goil.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Head Chef / Sous Chef Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness You will need a passion for producing food to the highest standard The ability to follow food specifications To work adhering to all Food Safety and Policy Standards Be motivated to ensure our food and hygiene standards are consistently high Assisting in the preparation of menu dishes Maintaining high standards of hygiene Preparing the ingredients for the other Chefs in the team Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately Deal with deliveries and stock rotation
Experience/Skills Required:
Chef experience Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Has a "can do" attitude Enjoy being part of a team
