Compass Associates are currently assisting in the search for Theatre Practitioners to work on mobile operating theatres that travel to various locations within a 2 hour radius of home dependant upon location..

You will be assigned to mobile units within your region \xe2\x80\x93 a certain radius from where you live dependant upon your location. A company car and fuel card or car allowance will be provided along with hotel accommodation if required, meals while on assignment and an excellent benefits package.

The mobile units can cover a range of different specialities including General surgery, Orthopaedics, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Cosmetics and Endoscopy.

As the ideal mobile theatre practitioner, you will be a qualified RGN or ODP practitioner with a current and valid pin. You will have 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years\' experience in working in theatre, covering 2 skills out of Scrub, Anaesthetics, Recovery and Endoscopy.

You will be enthusiastic, flexible and enjoy working in different environments. You will of course be provided with all the tools you need to progress in your career.

Requirements

\xe2\x80\x93 A professional qualification as either a Registered Nurse or an Operating Department Practitioner
\xe2\x80\x93 Two skills to include either scrub, endoscopy, anaesthetics or recovery
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum three years appropriate operating theatre department experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Current full driving licence
