We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible Theatre Practitioners to join our Southport & Ormskirk Theatre teams.
If you are keen to add to your existing theatre knowledge and are committed to developing and enhancing the quality of care provided in the Operating Theatre environment, then this is the opportunity for you.
The department provides a 24-hour emergency cover, therefore, there will be shift work, weekends, and on call commitment will be required.

An Enhanced DBS with barred lists for both Adults & Children is required for this post.
To support the development of clinical teams by creating a learning environment in which the individuals' performance is reviewed.
To support the delegation of work within the team and review performance.
To work with and on behalf of the Theatre Team Leader managing key operational aspects of theatres and providing support and advice on all matters.
To establish excellent working relationships with all service users and actively encourage and promote joint working in the pursuit of continuous service improvement.
