Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Theatre Teaching Assistant to support during our performance rehearsals, activities and foster an inclusive learning environment. This unpaid position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with people with disabilities. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping students reach their full potential through personalised support and mentoring.

Duties

Assist team in delivering rehearsals. Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to service users requiring additional support. Mentor students by offering guidance, encouragement, and emotional support to promote their social development.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract, Volunteer
Contract length: 24 months
