Alton Towers Resort

. You could be based in one of our kitchens working alongside our chefs to ensure exceptional food standards are delivered.

This is a food preparation role where you will be working in a busy environment. We have various shift patterns available across the week. These roles are available until November 2025.

A day in the life of a Theme Park Kitchen Assistant...

Prepare and serve a wide variety of food following recipes and guidelines Keeping the kitchen clean and organised, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Preparing the kitchen area prior to service in preparation for the daily operation Monitor and maintain stock levels, restocking and supporting with deliveries as required Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth kitchen operation during busy periods Washing and cleaning crockery and equipment to ensure high standards are met

About you:

We would love to hear from candidates with kitchen experience. However, we will also provide suitable candidates who have a passion for food with all the training they require Excellent communication with a friendly and approachable demeanour Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, ensuring fantastic food presentation A positive attitude and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
