, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Food & Beverage department, delivering fun, engaging training and manging key recruitment tasks to help us build and develop a world-class team.

27,000 per year

What you'll be doing:

Managing end-to-end recruitment for seasonal and permanent Food & Beverage roles Attending internal and external recruitment events, building relationships in the local area Screening candidates and tracking applications using our ATS Leading front-line interviews and supporting with recruitment events Running smooth, welcoming new starter inductions Communicating essential standards in Food Safety and Health & Safety Identifying training needs and supporting the management inupskilling employees Logging and tracking training completionsand ensuring renewals are up to date Keeping records organised and accurate, from training logs to job applications

We're looking for someone who:

Holds afull UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle Is a confident communicator and naturalteam motivator Has strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail Brings a passion for developing othersand helping teams achieve operational excellence Can prioritise tasks effectively and work at pace Has previous experience or an understanding of hospitality, F&B, or theme park operations Maintains apositive, proactive attitude and thrives in a collaborative environment Brings experience in recruitment or training (desirable but not essential)
