Chipping, near Preston (commutable from Longridge, Ribchester, Clitheroe, Fulwood, Blackburn, Garstang)
Pay:
13.31 per hour
Annual equivalent income:
Aprox 30,457 per year based on a 2 days on 4 days off recurring shift pattern, including sleep in payments at 50 per sleep in shift.
Potential bonus package:
up to 2,400 performance related bonus per year (total annual income potential up to aprox 32,857)

What you will earn
Pay is hourly. The figures below show your annual equivalent income based on the 2 days on 4 days off shift pattern.
Base annual equivalent income:
Aprox 30,457 per year at 13.31 per hour, including sleep in payments at 50 per sleep in shift
Performance bonus:
up to 2,400 per year (performance related)
Total annual income potential:
Aprox 32,857 per year
Sleep in shifts:
50 per sleep in shift
Work pattern
2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, with sleep in shifts included as required.
Key responsibilities
Facilitate engaging daily activities and appointments, ensuring each child receives the support they deserve
Safeguard the health and wellbeing of children, creating a secure and nurturing environment
Provide direct support to children and young people with varying needs and levels of supervision
Support the running of the home through domestic tasks including cleaning, cooking, and shopping
Complete key records and documentation, including timetables and notes on care and progress
What we are looking for
A genuine passion for working with children and young people
A minimum of 12 months experience in a residential care setting for children
Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner qualification, or a commitment to complete this within an agreed timeframe
A basic understanding of safeguarding, behaviour support, and therapeutic care approaches
Strong relationship building skills, offering both emotional and practical support
A full UK driving licence, due to use of a company car
Right to work in the UK with no restrictions on hours
