We are seeking a compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Safe Haven Adolescent Care Group Ltd in the UK. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a therapeutic environment.
Build trusting relationships with residents to foster a sense of security and belonging.
Implement individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs.
Assist with daily living activities and promote independence among residents.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Monitor and document the progress of each child, reporting any concerns promptly.
Uphold the company's ethos of love, care, and respect at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with children or young people in a care setting.
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques.
Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with disabilities.
Relevant qualifications in childcare or social work are preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with children.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
