Location: NESTS Residential Home
Full-time (37 hrs) & Part-time (25 hrs) available
Salary: 24,454.04 (unqualified) - 26,070.20 (qualified) pro rata for part-time
Plus 40 per sleep-in shift + mileage allowance

What You'll Do

Support children with day-to-day life and help them feel safe and valued. Build meaningful, trusting relationships with young people. Promote independence, positive routines, and emotional well-being. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a stable home environment.

What We Offer

24,454.04 (unqualified) - 26,070.20 (qualified) pro rata for part-time Additional 40 per sleep-in shift Mileage allowance Full training and support to achieve qualifications if unqualified 222 hours holiday per year (6 weeks, pro rata for part-time) Clear progression routes and personal development opportunities Regular, supportive supervision

What You'll Need

A full UK driving licence Access to your own vehicle for work purposes Adequate business-use insurance Genuinely caring, patient and calm under pressure A good communicator who works well in a team Experience isn't essential - we provide full training
