Salary: 32.880 including sleep ins



Additional hours, sleep-ins and on-call available.



Additional Hours



Sleep Ins - 50 per sleep (average of 10 sleeps per month 6000 per annum)



On Call - 50 per Day (As and when required)



Hourly Rate 14.00



C & C Unique Care Solutions Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualified Children's Residential - Team Leader. To deliver the highest standards of care, protection and support to children and young people by facilitating their physical and emotional development through the application of care standards and all relevant guidance. To actively promote C&C Unique Care Solutions Ltd's philosophy of creating a therapeutic home environment that enables Young People to grow in all areas of their lives to develop to their full potential.

Our care home specialises in caring for Children and Young People, aged between 6 -17, with emotional and behavioural problems. The position available is at our 1x Bedded Children's Home in Burntwood, Candidates will ensure that the welfare and happiness of the Children and Young People are made paramount at all times. In return, staff will be given training and further career development which will enable them to progress within the organisation.

Pension Scheme, Referral Scheme and Staff Vehicles available for the execution of the job role. NVQ/QCF Level 5 Residential Childcare qualification fully funded following completion of probationary period. Therapeutic training package available also including DDP Level 1 & 2. Including access to clinical supervision and employee of the month scheme.

HOURS AND ANNUAL LEAVE



1. 3x week rolling rota (subject to change for bank holidays and Christmas)

2. Holiday entitlement: 28 days holiday per year including statutory Bank Holidays.

Essential:



Good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Willingness to undertake training.

Full UK driving licence or working towards gaining full driving licence.

Diploma level 3 in Children and young people.

Aged 22 or above.

Part take-in on call (Additional 50 per day)

2x years' Experience of working in a caring environment with young people.

Desired:



Experience of working with mental health service users.

Experience of working trauma informed.

1x years experience team leading / senior.
