Sleep Ins: 60 with a potential of earning of up to 30,486 if you completed an average of 6 sleeps ins a month

Hours:? Average 40 hours per week (7.30am - 11.00pm)

Job Summary:

This is a wonderful opportunity to start or continue your career in children's care. This position is working in our home in Bilston, supporting 5 children with Learning Disabilities. This home has been been rated "Outstanding" with Ofsted for the past two years.
Every day as a Therapeutic Support Worker is different. You may be accompanying the children to appointments, or enabling them to follow their specific interests. Daily you will assist with personal care, complete daily records, and administer medication. You will create positive relationships with the children & young people, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them.

What skills do you need to be a successful Therapeutic Support Worker?

Good Listener and have excellent communication skills Caring and Nurturing Patient Committed to providing the best support to our children. Driving Licence
Qualification & Experience

Experience in Residential childcare (preferred, but not essential) Hold a Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (for qualified roles only)
