Residential Support Worker - Children's Residential Care

Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: 30,000 - 32,500 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in payments)

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide high-quality, person-centred care in a residential setting Support children and young people emotionally, socially, and practically Help create and implement personalised care plans Promote life skills, independence, and positive routines Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure a safe and homely environment Transport young people to school, appointments, and activities (driving required*)
Maintain accurate records in line with policies and regulations

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for supporting children and young people Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills A resilient, empathetic, and proactive approach

Full UK Driving Licence - Essential

Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3

in Residential Childcare (if not already qualified)
