For example:

A 100 treatment (Net sale) =

35 pay for you

Someone averaging 80/hour net sales in treatments for 20 hours per week could expect to earn

29,000+ annually

This works out at

around 27.00 per hour

based on commission earnings Part-time or full-time options available, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

The Role

As a Cecily therapist, you'll deliver a wide range of treatments with precision, care, and warmth. From

luxury massages and advanced facials

to

nails, waxing, and beauty treatments

, you'll be creating memorable client experiences in an inspiring environment.

Key Skills & Treatments:

Deep tissue & hot stone massage Facials (training provided for advanced treatments) Waxing (including intimate) Lash & brow treatments (inc. lash lift) Manicures & pedicures (including gels) Tailored skincare advice & aftercare
Who We're Looking For

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (Level 4 a bonus) A passion for delivering five-star service Flexible, ambitious, and eager to grow your earnings Confident in building client relationships and a repeat client base Local to Windsor (or able to commute reliably)

This is the perfect role for a therapist who wants flexibility, variety, and the chance to earn generously while working in one of the UK's most beautiful spa locations.
