Therapy Room to Rent - Didsbury (Manchester) & Sale (Cheshire)
Within a Busy Osteopathic & Sports Therapy Practice
We are offering bright, welcoming therapy rooms for rent in our established and professional osteopathic clinics located in Didsbury, Manchester and Sale, Cheshire.
These spaces are ideal for independent practitioners who complement osteopathy and sports therapy--such as physiotherapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, nutritionists, counsellors, or similar disciplines.
What's Included:
o Access to a fully furnished, professional treatment room
o Shared use of waiting area and facilities
o Clinic-wide public liability cover (you must hold your own professional indemnity insurance)
o An established, reputable clinic setting to support your private practice
o On-site support from fellow healthcare professionals (non-administrative)
What's Not Included:
o Patient referrals - you'll be responsible for building and managing your own client base
o Patient admin or marketing support
o Computer or note-taking equipment - please bring your own
Rental Options:
o Hourly: 15/hour (minimum 3-hour block)
o Half day (up to 4 hours): 50
o Full day (up to 8 hours): 90
