Job Summary


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapists to join a children home. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals facing various mental health challenges. This role involves assessing children's needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's mental health and emotional wellbeing. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Maintain accurate and confidential service user records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. Monitor children's progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Facilitate group therapy sessions when required, promoting a supportive community among participants. Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health and incorporate new techniques into practice.

Qualifications



A relevant degree in the field relevant to your practice. Professional accreditation or licensure as a Therapist is required. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified candidates. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective documentation and client interaction. Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism are crucial. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities is a strong advantage.
