We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Therapy Assistant to join our friendly, dynamic therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive multidisciplinary environment, helping patients to regain and improve their quality of life, building confidence and improving their daily living and mobility skills.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering therapy treatment plans developed by qualified Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists

Supporting patients with personalised exercise programs, functional mobility, and daily tasks like personal care

Working one-to-one and in group settings to help patients regain independence

Accurately documenting patient progress using our electronic patient record system (basic IT skills required)

Previous experience in therapy or rehabilitation is desirable but not essential --if you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll support you every step of the way.

This post is full time, 37.5 hours a week, part-time hours will be considered and is based in Crawley Hospital.
