About the role
We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic Therapy Assistant / Receptionist to join our friendly, professional team.
You will be responsible for:
Booking appointments and taking payments
Creating and updating patient records
Preparing therapy rooms prior to treatment
Welcoming patients at reception
Escorting patients to the therapy rooms
Preparing patients for their treatment
General admin and office duties
Keeping treatments rooms and reception clean and tidy
Training on our Tm3 clinic system will be provided
About you
Previous experience of working in a similar environment would be useful but is not essential. Full training will be provided:

Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
Confident and keen to learn new skills
Organised, with good attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
Flexible and able to adjust your hours to provide holiday and sickness cover
Hours and remuneration
This is a part-time role working two days a week Wednesday & Thursday 8:45am - 5:15pm.
Please note: As we are a small team, it is important that you are flexible and able to provide holiday/sickness cover as and when required.
Salary 12.50 per hour
