The successful applicant will carry out rehabilitation programmes directed by the Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist and Nurse, with regular reviews of patient goals, and progression of rehabilitation programmes. Alongside direct patient care, the post holder with support the team with basis admin, service development and housekeeping activities. As this is a community role, the successful candidate will need to be a car driver with a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
