Our nursery is seeking a talented and creative Third in Charge /Room Manager - room based - required to start work in our nursery in Loughton area. This position will involve leading the room, as well as some

Managerial

responsibilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and energetic applicant who is committed to providing the highest quality childcare and education for children aged 0 to 5 years.

Job Details:

This role is

permanent, full-time, 42.5 hrs per week and starts in June 2025.

We require a skilled and well-qualified staff member who will innovate and raise standards as well as attainment. A good sense of humor and the ability to relate and effectively communicate with young people are essential.

To be successful in this position, you will:

Hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 Childcare, Learning, and Development or equivalent. Have previous experience working as a Room Manger/Leader for at least 2 years. Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude. Have a passion for working with children. Essential Requirements:

As a minimum, all applicants must have:

a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years, Childcare a minimum of 24 months of experience working as a Room Manager A positive approach to child development, managing behavior, and being passionate about your subject is evident in your teaching.
