Evolve Energy is on the lookout for a dynamic and results driven TPI Account Manager, based at our head office in Lytham, St. Annes, with occasional travel. The TPI Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing our Third Party Intermediary (TPI) accounts ensuring that the TPIs and customers are provided with a high level of service at all times.
Working within a team to effectively drive quality and service the ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities to effectively manage accounts and deliver exceptional service.
Duties
Manage TPI accounts to ensure excellent quality and service is provided, including managing engagement through telephone and face to face meetings.
Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Manage renewal portfolio to maximise retention and revenue.
Building awareness and reporting on Evolve energy KPIs
Proactively develop and improve propositions with TPIs, identifying additional areas of added value business for both parties.
Respond to query escalations regarding a range of issues such as Non-Commodity Rates, Charges etc.
Monitor and report on competitor and TPI activity.
Lead client meetings and presentations, demonstrating product knowledge and industry expertise.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
Previous experience working in a B2B Energy Supplier or TPI Account Management role
Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with partner organisations and affiliates
Ability to exploit opportunities that are complementary to the business goals.
Achieve excellence through delivery of market leading customer service.
