Who are we looking for?
We need people who have a passion to help others. You will want to make sure our customers receive the best support they can in the aftermath of a road accident.
Your considerate and empathetic phone manner will reassure our customers, while the knowledge and expertise you will develop from our training academy will compliment your skills of critical analysis, enabling you to deploy valuable services to our client and develop a robust legal case to recover their losses.
An important part of your role is determining what our client is legally entitled to in an interesting, niche area of law. To help us achieve that, you will have a particular eye for detail and an inquiring mindset. These qualities will help you investigate the legal basis for arranging replacement vehicle hire and repair services, while gathering the evidence needed to support our client's case.
The role is diverse and varied. You will help resolve and manage the client's predicament by arranging a replacement vehicle and repairs to their vehicle. You will also investigate the legal dimension of the incident; assessing damages, gathering evidence, presenting a case and negotiating a settlement. If you find you prefer one element more than the other, you can develop your skills along that line.
You will be the type of person who is happy to get stuck in and do their best without constant supervision. We don't like to micromanage. However, you will be comfortable asking for support when you need it.

What will you be doing?
Update clients frequently so they are aware of where their claim is up to and what the next steps are, understand what is going on and can see the good work we do on their behalf.
Provide timely updates to other stakeholders.
Collect all available evidence as quickly as possible.
Assess claims prospects of success based on the evidence available against legal rules.
Develop robust arguments supported by evidence and legal rules and guidance in support of the client's claim.
Endeavor to arrange as expediently as possible the inspection of our client's vehicle, suitable replacement hires, recovery and storage of our client's vehicle where needed, authorising repairs where possible, facilitating the disposal of salvage and recovering the pre-accident value of our client's vehicle.
Ensure that our client's losses are reasonable and recoverable.
Advising clients on their claim's prospects of success efficiently, so they can pursue the best course of action following an accident.

Starting salary from 24,000 to 27,000 depending on experience.
