The Role





Please note that we are unable to accept your application if you do not meet the following criteria:

35 hours per week (shift-based with 24 hours cover, including earlies and lates weekends and bank holidays) Earlies 0600am and lates 1400pm


You must be able to arrange your own transport for early/late shifts


Candidates will be required to undergo the appropriate medical for the role


Full training provided and uniform provided, knowledge of ticket types would be beneficial


Persons need to be aged 18 or above for this role

Key Responsibilities





About the Role:





We are looking for a Ticket Office Clerk to become the friendly face of Greater Anglia at Enfield Lock station. In the role you will be delivering exceptional customer service while helping passengers travel smoothly and safely.




Your key responsibilities include:



Selling Tickets and other products like rail cards.


Covering Ticket Vending Machine


Reporting any faults and issues promptly


Assisting passengers with tickets, including general advice.


Providing the highest possible standard of advice, information and service to our customers


Delivering a safe, attractive retail station environment, with general cleaning.


Promoting all relevant marketing materials and useful information

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
