Roster -
Week 1 - Friday from 13:10-20:40pm, and Saturday from 12:15-19:15pm
Week 2 - Sunday from 08:00am- 18:00pm, and Saturday from 07:00am- 15:00pmYou must be able to arrange your own transport for early/late shifts
Candidates will be required to undergo the appropriate medical for the role
Full training provided and uniform provided, knowledge of ticket types would be beneficial
Persons need to be aged 18 or above for this role

Key Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are looking for a Ticket Office Clerk to become the friendly face of Greater Anglia at Chelmsford station. In the role you will be delivering exceptional customer service while helping passengers travel smoothly and safely.
Your key responsibilities include:
Selling Tickets and other products like rail cards.
Covering Ticket Vending Machine
Reporting any faults and issues promptly
Assisting passengers with tickets, including general advice.
Providing the highest possible standard of advice, information and service to our customers
Delivering a safe, attractive retail station environment, with general cleaning.
Promoting all relevant marketing materials and useful information
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
