As our new Ticket Sales Assistant (Casual), you will be instrumental in delivering a first-class ticketing service to our customers. You will provide support to customers throughout their ticket buying experience, while seeking to maximise ticket revenue and develop audience loyalty through these interactions.
Skills and Experience:
Demonstratable experience of working in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the Arts and Culture sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with customers by phone, email and in person (or British Sign Language if primary language)
Committed to delivering excellent customer experience and increasing customer engagement with arts organisations
Data literate with demonstrable experience of working with a Ticketing or CRM system (preferably Tessitura)

Shift work includes daytimes, evenings, and weekends. It is anticipated that most available hours for these casual roles will fall between Friday and Sunday, with evening availability required. We are therefore looking for candidates who will be able to give us fairly regular availability during these times.
