An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Championship Planning & Experience department as Ticketing Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide operational ticketing support for The Open & AIG Women's Open, and any other R&A championships as required, providing a world-class experience to spectators in the build-up and upon entry to our championships.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week.
Onsite attendance at our Championships will be essential, with potential to be onsite for 2 weeks at each of our Championships.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
Strong level of experience implementing digital change and app based technology within the sports or entertainment industry.
Strong knowledge of and experience working with ticketing systems and maximising the value and offering within them.
Experience of SSO platforms, website architecture and the correct capture and use of personal data.
Experience in analysing data to form recommendations for future improvement.
Scottish National 5 qualifications in English and Maths, or equivalent.
