Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer X 2: (HFL1569)
Hybrid role based in Stevenage office and remote.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR ALL ROLES WE ARE CURRENTLY ADVERTISING:
Keen interest in IT with a willingness to continuously develop technical knowledge.
Knowledge of Windows servers, iOS, Google devices, MS365, and networking.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage workloads effectively.
Experience with ITSM tools and working to defined SLAs to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as first point of contact for technical support queries
Deliver high-quality remote or onsite support to schools and educational settings
Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate when required
Support hardware and software installations, updates, and maintenance
Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders or customers
Maintain detailed documentation and follow processes to contribute to service improvements
