We are actively seeking an energetic and result driven TikTok Experienced Operator/Manager to become a part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing and expanding our TikTok and additional social media platforms' presence, devising content strategies, interacting with our audience, and evaluating performance indicators to optimize engagement levels. If you possess expertise in managing TikTok accounts, coupled with an in-depth comprehension of social media trends and a fervor for crafting engaging content, we are eager to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies
tailored to TikTok, ensuring alignment with the company's marketing goals.
Identify and onboard TikTok influencers and affiliates
with a strong following and engagement to collaborate on campaigns.
Manage relationships with affiliates
, ensuring communication is smooth, and their efforts align with brand messaging and goals.
Analyze and optimize campaign performance
across TikTok to drive ROI, using analytics tools to track key performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Monitor trends on TikTok
to leverage emerging opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
, including marketing, content, and creative teams, to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns.
Develop affiliate incentives and performance-based rewards
to drive engagement and increase conversions.
Report on campaign performance
regularly to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing, with a focus on TikTok.
Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, features, and trends.
Experience in managing affiliate marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative and results-driven, with a keen eye for trends and content that resonates with TikTok audiences.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
