Content Producer
to take ownership of
video production
, supporting our partner brands to drive visibility, engagement, and sales on TikTok.

About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who combines
strong creative instinct
with
hands-on execution
. You will be responsible for planning, structuring, and guiding both
TikTok video content
, working closely with creators, models, and internal teams to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and performance-driven.
You will play a key role in shaping daily content output, and creative direction, with a strong understanding of what converts on TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Video Production
Plan and manage
daily and weekly TikTok content calendars
, including short-form videos.
Develop detailed
shooting plans
, including:
Script outlines, talking points and hooks
Product highlights and selling points
Creative concepts and content angles
Guide creators and hosts during filming to ensure clear messaging, strong delivery, and consistent brand tone.
Research and apply
current TikTok trends
to video.
Performance & Optimisation
Work closely with the marketing and performance teams to understand product strengths and campaign goals.
Review content performance data to refine creative strategies and improve conversion.
Continuously test new formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches to enhance results.
Ideal Candidate
Highly creative with a strong eye for
short-form video and storytelling
.
Experience in content production, video planning, or a similar creative role (TikTok, fashion, or e-commerce experience is a strong advantage).
Deep understanding of
TikTok trends
, audience behaviour, and what makes content scroll-stopping.
Able to balance
creative branding
with
performance and conversion goals
.
Confident working with creators, hosts, and on-screen talent to produce compelling content.
Well-organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple content workflows at once.
The ideal candidate should be
familiar with and confident in using AI tools
to efficiently produce a
high volume of video content
while maintaining quality.
