We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and highly motivated

TikTok Content Creator

to join our team! If you're passionate about storytelling, love being in front of or behind the camera, and know how to create scroll-stopping content, this role is for you.

As our TikTok expert, you'll be responsible for crafting viral, engaging short-form videos that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience. You'll bring fresh ideas to the table, stay on top of trends, and help drive our social media presence to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

: Plan, shoot, and edit original TikTok videos that reflect current trends while maintaining brand consistency.

Trend Spotting

: Keep a close eye on TikTok trends, sounds, challenges, and content styles to keep us ahead of the curve.

Creative Storytelling

: Concept and execute attention-grabbing, entertaining, and authentic video ideas.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure your content supports overall brand campaigns.

Optimization

: Tailor videos for TikTok's algorithm and best practices to maximize views, likes, and shares.

Community Engagement

: Monitor comments, respond to followers, and help build a fun, loyal audience.

Performance Tracking

: Analyze performance metrics to learn what works and refine the content strategy accordingly.

Requirements:

Proven experience creating engaging TikTok videos (send us your TikTok or portfolio!) Strong understanding of TikTok's culture, trends, algorithm, and audience behavior Skilled in shooting and editing video on mobile and/or using apps like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush Comfortable on camera and confident in experimenting with new ideas Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with other short-form platforms like Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts Familiarity with motion graphics or design tools like Canva or After Effects Background in marketing, content production, or a creative agency environment
