Waymax Global is a leading TikTok Official Partner and UK marketing agency specialising in women's fashion. We are expanding our creative team and looking for a talented

Content Producer

to take ownership of video strategy, creative planning, and content direction for our collaborating brands.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong creative vision, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of what makes engaging short content on TikTok. You will work closely with creators, hosts, and the marketing team to plan, script, and oversee daily content output that drives brand visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop daily and weekly content plans for TikTok videos and livestreams. Create shooting plans including: Script outlines Talking points On-screen text Product highlights Creative concepts and content angles Work with creators and presenters to guide performance and ensure brand messaging is clear, appealing, and consistent. Research current TikTok trends and integrate them into brand video strategies. Collaborate with the marketing and performance team to understand product strengths and shape content that converts. Review video performance data and adjust strategies to continuously improve results.

Ideal Candidate

Highly creative, full of ideas, and able to translate marketing goals into strong visual and verbal storytelling. Experience in content planning, video producing, directing, or a similar creative role (TikTok, fashion, or e-commerce experience is a plus). Strong understanding of TikTok trends and what makes content engaging and scroll-stopping. Able to think strategically and creatively at the same time--balancing branding with performance. Confident in guiding creators and talent to edit and produce compelling video content. Organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple content pipelines simultaneously.
